I have been looking on ebay for Sundowner seat for a while and even bid on a couple to no avail.
Tonight I did another search and found a new one with a buy it now, and best offer feature.
The buy it now was set at 149.99 + 20 for shipping
I put in a best offer of 100 dollar...thinking it probaly would be rejected and it was accepted to my amazment.
So keep an eye out with Eastside Harley for amazing deals.
300 dollar seat for 120, new and with a warrenty.
And to think I had Bid 128 +30 shipping for a used seat a week ago glad I lost.
now that is a deal, i got a used one off eBay for $175 (w shipping thought that was a steal)...good deal!
I recently found a steal on Craigslist for a winshield for 07 NT for $100. 20 min from my house went and picked it up saved $315 (MSRP HD $415). Now the windshield is for a long trip im doing, and felt that over $400 for one trip and probably only use the thing 3 times in my life was just not worth it.
My other eBay deal was Shortshots Staggered off eBay, brand new in box for $185 (with shipping)
Good deals out there, just have to be patient...and not rush things like i normally do.
There are some great deals on the Bay right now. There has been several members that got complete chrome front ends for Heritages under $150 delivered! I have also snagged a new chrome Master Cylinder and Clutch pearch for $150! It's a good time to have a little extra cash laying around.
eBay took my money for a new Andrews 21 cam set for $80. Craigslist is rokin also. Got a quick detach windshield with all the hardware shipped for $125. And it looks new - I could not believe it.
Thanks for the seat info. Will watch them. Need a nice solo but cant afford $200+.
let me know how you like that seat..been thinking of one myself...
