whenever I try to load pics I get a message that too much space or some such is used, not too savy with all the terms. basicly with the attachments from H-D for the fender strut and mounts for windshield, took about 30 mins to install

Your problem is likely one of two things... and since it looks like they accept .jpg, .gif, .bmp and many others it's probably not a format error.
SO, I'd be willing to bet that the photos you're attempting to upload are too large... try resizing and uploading again.
Ouch. It sounds like you might have both problems I mentioned.
1. .jps isn't one of the formats they accept (it's probably the only one they don't accept?)
2. I still think size might be an issue but it depends how many megapixels your camera is. My camera for instance is an 8 megapixel camera (if I remember correctly) and it downloads photos that are 3000+ X 2000+ and I'm always having to resize them.
If it helps you can use MS Paint to resize them and maybe to save them in a different format too (ie. .jpg instead of .jps).
Hope that helps but sounds like some of that probably just went over your head... sorry
