I think you can input the VIN# on the Harley web site and it will tell you the production date as well as any outstanding recalls that may need to be done on the bike.
Any idea where this would be? The only place on the MoCo site to put in a VIN is the next servicing needed based on your VIN and approximate mileage, more of a gimmick than anything. https://www.harley-davidson.com/EX/M...bmLocale=en_US

I agree. I've tried to look for this before and can't find where to enter my VIN. Where do you enter it???
Your right. I think they may have changed the web site a little as It doesn't tell you about recalls anymore either. At least it didn't tell me about the two that were on my bike and it used to.
Their e-mail is down right now, says so when I tried to ask about it. So I would wait a day or two to see if it comes back up and ask them if they know where the info is or if they can supply it to you directly.

On my 06, the month and date are on the tag above the VIN. I was wondering the same thing and saw several dates on various components but I know I remember seeing the exact date on the title. I'm thinking that HD should be able to give it to you since it's on there.
