Default Stripping powder coating

Anybody have a good method for stripping Powder coat off of steel parts? Chemical strippers are probably the best, because I want to strip a swingarm and have it chromed.
Bead blasting is an option, but I want shiny chrome, not dull. It will require more polishing before chrome if I do that. Any ideas?

Either chemical stripper (aircraft remover) or soda blast. Abrasive media blasting will not remove powder coat without causing damage (etching) to the metal below.
