Mistakes happen. Although infrequent, it affects us all. Good luck with your parts order. I spent some time talking with Arlen Ness at the Sturgis rally in 2001. I was very impressed with the man, his imagination.
I'm surprised. I've always had the best of luck with Ness. I've known Arlen for some years now and found him to be as down-to-earth as they come. He's a guy who's made it big through imagination and hard work, yet never forgot where he came from. And Cory didn't fall far from the tree.
I'd guess yours is a rare instance of something falling thru the cracks - happens to every vendor sooner or later. If it doesn't get handled this time around, try calling Danny or Kevin at Ness and they'll take care of you.
well, spoke to Ronnie this morning and he confirmed that Ness is going to ship the rotor directly to me (instead of shipping it to him and then him having to ship it to me). should be here by friday, we'll see what happens then.
If it's not right this time, i'm sending the wheels back along with all the other crap i bought from them and i'm going a different route.
