There of course is a bit of buffeting but only if the wind is hitting you a certain way. Other times it just goes right over you.
I would definitely recommend this shield for longer trips. Works well for the money you pay.
I've attached a few pictures. Sorry about the quality. The sun was right in my lens. And no, these were not take yesterday!! We are under 2 feet of snow and -20C. I wish though
Cheers,
Ryan

This is the same one I have and they work very well. They are a little over priced in my opinion but what isn't if it's got Harley wrote on it somewhere !!! lol
Problem is that I like the look of the Sprt windshield 91820-85A, but its not a QD model and the one you pointed out has those metal bars in it that I'm not fond of.
Looking a little more closely at the specs I think I'm going to be stuck with the Super Sport model 57965-97A (no metal bars)with the seperate docking hardware 58350-96 to fit 41mm fork tubes.
Oveall its going to cost about the same no matter which way I go if I get one from Harley. A Windvest is a lot cheaper (about half the price) but trying to figure out which one fits what. Along with the negative comments by some have left me a little cold on them.
Anyone have any other brand suggestions besides HD and Windvest?
EDIT; Sorry my error, I was looking at the Memphis Shades web site when I noticed the prices were lower and their application guide was the one I found a bit confusing.

I like the way you set that page up, but I think I should warn you about something.
Its probably nothing but the motor company has a well deserved reputation for air dropping lawyers on people who put technical paperwork on line or on CD's.
The odds are that they will never find out about it and even if they do its not like you did it with the service manual. Cause I KNOW their lawyers would be all over you in no time for doing that.
