i just installed a new hd headlight trim ring and it makes my light shake due to the extra weight. has anyone found a way to control that ? drives me nutz at night watching that light bounce all over..

my standard shakes too. its also slightly crooked, so i plan on loosening it, repointing and retighten. i'll let you know if it stops it.

does your trim ring have a gap where the 2 pieces come together? mine has a pretty big gap. i got it as tight as i could. now the front is correct but the back side has a gap, like a V.
