Default Help ID these bags?

Can anyone tell by the sig pic what these bags came off originally? I got them off e-bay and the seller didn't know. There is 3" fringe off the lid but it's hard to see, can't find the camera to get a better pic! I'd appreciate any info.

Well They Don't Look Like H-D Bags,,
But They Do Look Like Bags That You See In The J&P Catolog
Best That I Know

They could be the original bags off an early Heritage (86-87?) They had something similar.

They're HD bags, the shields and conchos are HD. I know they're hard to see in the picture though.

Those conchos look like the ones I had on my old bags, HD bar and shield?

I may have found the answer to my own question! Looking in a book called "How to Hop-Up and Customize Your Harley-Davidson Softail" and the first pic in the book in the softail history chapter is a Heritage with the same bags in white. The bike is white with red pinstripe and the seat is white also. The tank has XXIII on it and the caption doesn't say what year it is though. I think byersmtrco was right on the money!
Thanks for the input everyone.
