I bought some 1 1/4 bars and risers that I think came off a 2007 fatboy.
the bars do not have the typical flat spot or taper that allows the master cylinder to fit with 1 1/4 inch bars.
Do FatBoys of this generation have a different master cylinder that allows fitment on bars without the flat spot?
I searched with no luck.
Thanks!
Mine is an '09, I'll check when I get home later and report back to you. I'm on the road today. I just changed my bars to NBB, so my old ones (well not really that old, they only have 1000 miles on them) are just sitting in my basement.
The provision for making the system work (on an '09 anyway) is definitely a function of the shape of the master cylinder, and not that of the handle bars. Hope this helps.... JR
