What I would recommend to those that are interested is this. Look up the website for wild 1 chubbies and they have a lot of neat pics of people and their bikes. They have pics of different size apes on customer bikes and they are really cool to look at. Works for me.
I couldn't find the website. Do you have a link?

I finally finished!! I spent $379 for the 16"apes hangers, sainless steel throttle cables, break line, clutch cable and the extension wire harness. I did all the work, so I saved some money, except it was more work than I thought. But it was fun cause I had my son help me. I'll post some pictures soon. Thanks for all the advice. It was very helpful.

$379.00? Not to shabby. I will be waiting patiently to see the results. How does the bike feel now?

Yeah, inquiring minds wanna know. and see some pics of you're new scoot.
How hard was it to get a the cable lengths right?
If I had to bet, Wild 1 probably has it figured out pretty good and can rattle off extension lengths needed and/or cable part#'s for the application. I'll bet they get 50 thousand cable questions per day.
First of all, it was a very difficult task. Second, my digital camera broke. It'll be a few days before I can post some pictures.
Third, they look f$%&ing awesome. And last, they are very fu%*ing unconmfortable, especially when going +75 mph. Othr than that they look great.
