Looking into installing a set of Santee "BOA" pipes on my X-Bones...anyone have experience with these pipes?

I don't know about the "BOA" sorry, But I did run these "LAF's" for a while... There were loud just like the name says "Loud as **ck". But the sound had no soul to it... it was just loud.

I also havs the Santee LAF's. The best pipes ever. Once you get the carb tuned right they sound great, get the decel pop and shoot flames.

I ran a set of Santee drag pipes on a Sportster years ago. Quality was real nice for the $$$.

No, just the pipes 1 3/4's performance was alright though. I hardly rode at night then but one night I was riding home and was noticing a flash of light... Didn't even no it but everytime I shifted it would blue a blue flame out the front pipe... and I have to admit that was kinda cool for a while but ended up switching them out. The + is that when you want to sell them after so much people will want them because they wanna try 'em out.

I have the BOA on my 08 Rocker, I love them. Its a nice fit, your leg wont hit the pipe and the little curve at the end of the pipe shoots all the sound out perfect. i only paid 219 for them including shipping
