Talking Pulled the trigger on an 07 DEUCE

Just pulled the trigger on an 07 deuce. Been looking for some time and finaly found one. Has Screaming Eagle Slip ons and wondering if there would be any problems removing all the wrap from the baffles and the 1/2" insulation on the inner walls of the pipes, drill a few holes and reinstall the baffles?

And when I do get new pipes I am guessing I will need to flash the comp? I know you all probably get asked this all the time, So my apologies.

I will be posting pics soon!

You will love this bike, my dad has an 07, pretty rare bike in its own way....the last year HD made the Deuce, and also the only year they made it with a 6 speed! Enjoy!

Congrats!! Let's see them pics now.

FWIW--I don't think you need a new tune if you just throw pipes on it IMO. I rode mine for the first 1,000 miles with the big radius on the factory tune and it ran great. Did the PCIII and tune when I changed the AC and pulled the baffles.

Congrats ! When I was still shopping, it came down to the Deuce, or the Wide Glide. I chose the Wide Glide because it fit me better than anything else. But, I still really like the Deuce.
