I didn't say where "there" was

Like I said though, it's the dudes fault that sent them back for not getting insurance. I insure the stuff I send, and I work for them. I'm not stupid.

I had a similar experience where they broke an item that was sent to me and said that I couldn't file a claim because I was not the shipper hope you find your fenders.

Maybe you can cancel the payment to the painter till you get your parts back or paid for. Knock on wood I haven't had an issue yet, shouldn't have said that as now it will happen.

Unfortunatley the painter has already been paid but why would it be his fault that the incompetant people at UPS cannot do the one thing they are hired to do deliver a package from one location to another that is the job of UPS. He painted them and sent them back that was his part and he did it. I hope you are better at customer service than the ones I spoke to they are rude and obnoxious because as of this time I feel that UPS customer service is non existant I ask a simple question if I track a package to a warehouse in NY how could it just dissappear never to be found again and all I heard on the other end of the phone was crickets and then she said I will talk to the shipper and tell him what you cannot find it I already knew that Then another rep tells me she will check to see if it has been delivered so Isaid delivered to who and again this new one says I will tell the shipper seems to be a standered answer when you screw it up at UPS blame the shipper

Default This is one of my best examples of a BAD experience with UPS.

If it weren't for BAD experience with UPS, I would probably have no experience at all.

The picture is of (2) $18,000 file servers that were shipped from AZ to OH for staging and configuration.
Same exact source and destination addresses.
Since time was a critical factor, both were shipped "Overnight Air", (1) via UPS and (1) via FedEx.

The box on the left is the FedEx delivery.
The box on the right is the UPS delivery.
I especially liked the fork lift tire track running down the left side of the UPS box. Nice touch.
This single picture really doesn't do justice to the total damage done to the UPS package.

The FedEx box arrived before 9:00am, and in pristine condition, just like it was supposed to.

The UPS box was not delivered until after a dozen phone calls had been made
first requesting, and then demanding the shipment's location and reason(s) for delay.
UPS did NOT want to deliver this package, and when forced to, the unfortunate local
delivery guy just dropped it on the front porch at 9:35pm and RAN like hell. (Yeah, I watched him)
He then had a supervisor call to inform me that the box was on the porch.
(Never minding that whole "signature required" for delivery thing.)

Bad experience with UPS....? You be the judge.
