Also, you shouldn't have to pay $100/wheel for powder coat. I have a great guy in Columbus who charges me $45 a wheel but still only charges $65 to the general public.
IMHO you have a nice balance of chrome and black and blacking out the wheels would be too much. I would either chrome them or change them out to a custom wheel with a combination chrome and black look.
