K&N filter question
Does anyone know if you can dye or color a K&N air filter? I have my filter open and after a few weeks the color fades out. Looking for something that will make the color match the rest of my night train.
Just let it get filthy dirty - black , then it will match ! Just Kidding , don't see why you could not clean it real well and then just dip it in some black fabric dye , I would not use any type of paint as it will likely plug the filter .

Does anyone make a "sock" to cover the K&N filter? I ride a lot in the rain, but I want to go with the open filter look.
Thanks.
Cheers!
