I'd bet it will start. Why not take it out and take it home and charge it. If it doesn't start you might need to clean the terminal connections. Some batteries are bad about this and some are not. I don't know why.
At 25 degrees you should not have frozen it. It will be fine to run. All you have to do is get it started.

WOW! You guys are all optimistic. Love that! I didn't take the battery out due to my buddy said he would run an extension cord from his deck to the garage. I just find out today he never got around to it. His bike is in their too, so we may have two bikes starting or neither.
