Will it start or won't it start?
otherwise it depends what is installed on your bike, if it is stock I say it will fire straight up, if you have nothing special hooked up to it (ie alarm, etc...) just engine changes it should fire up... if you have the security alarm, or a CB, radio or something the likelyhood will be that you battery will have just enough juice to turn the engine a couple of times, then it will depend whether you made any engine mods, larger displacement will mean heaving cranking on firing up, and then its debatable if the battery has enough juice in it. You can still get lucky and have it catch on the first try, but if it need 2..3 cranks your battery will die on you. Your battery should be no worse for wear really, other than if it is older battery then well maybe change it anyways.
Suggestion, though the temptation to find out the answer might be hard, don't start the bike, wheel it out, and hook it to your car and jump start it, before hitting the "Fire it up" button let the battery gain some juice, then fire it up......you eliminate the chance of draining the battery completely, possibly flooding the engine with unnecessary fuel, and it will be better over all for bike and battery. (you can also wheel it out, hook it to a tender, wait a maybe 1-2hrs and then try).
If no alarm and put sta-bil in the gas I would think 60-40, if U have alarm less.
