It all arrived in two different shipments this afternoon and it was here when I came in
from work this evening.

V&H BSS
AN BS SII

Any advice before I do this? (probably won't do it until Tue/Wed next week).

Let us know how it goes with the PC V. I haven't chosen my fuel management system yet. Still snow up here, so I have some time.... thanks, JR

Oh, advice..... ummmmm, take the right floorboard COMPLETELY off, and make sure you use "anti-seize with copper" on the nuts and studs to attach to motor. It has little (if any) interference with the oxygen sensors (just in case any goes in there).... oh wait, your is an '06. Did you get the pipes with O2 bungs or not? Take your time.... it's SOOOOOOO fun!

More advice: POST PICS DUDE....... All the best! It's like Viagra eh? Ya, I'm Canadian eh?

My thought exactly. Get some extra flange nuts in case they disappear into the void as min always do. New exhaust gaskets too. Is the pc V an autotune deal? I was gonna say get a map but I don't know if you need one for that. Take your time on the install and it should be cake.

Good job pulling the trigger! Take your time. The pipes are a little tricky to get them aligned and the flanges lined up with the studs. Get another pair of hands if you can and go slow with it... Also, be sure to get all the old pipe gasket out.

About the PC V, send it my way first so I can install it then share what I learned...

yes I also bought the port plugs and the gaskets. PC-V already mapped for my specific setup. I will
get my son to actually help me with the pipes after he gets home from school. Before he gets home
I'll spend the early part of the afternoon replacing the air intake and installing the PC-V.

Are there any special tools I need to either remove or install the new pipes?

Anti-seize with copper is for the new nuts before installing. What about any lube to help to loosen
what already there making it easier to take off? Or to help remove and clean where the old gaskets
are?

No I didn't get any baffles..... yet. Wanna wait and see if it's too loud or something I can live with?

Please... if there's any other questions or advice before I do this next week let's ask or hear it now.

thanks.

Just pull the gaskets out with your fingers. No need to put anything on them. I took off 4 year old nuts without any problems or oil to loosen them. Make sure you have an extension for your ratchet to get to the flange nuts.
