the PCV will work 06 and the retrofit will allow you to use the 02 upgrade for full auto tune and save the dyno tune money.
Thanks for the reminder and it just so happens that I have some rubber gloves.

I ordered new gaskets.

I guess I can get loctite at WalMart right? or Home Depot?

only snug? really? not tight... just snug? where's it way that? this is a first heard for me.

equal thread should be exposed?

lol (after lunch) you were probably serious but you have to admit that sounds funny.

great suggestion about the towel...thanks.

I wasn't planning on O2 upgrade... definately not anytime soon anyway. Should I consider it in the future?

Torque wrench... My 3/8" drive cost about $60CDN... Money spent on quality measuring tools is always money well spent.

Loc-tite is not gonna work on the flange bolts or studs. The heat will burn it off very quickly. You can use it on your bracket bolts though.

Loctite for bracket bolts... and anti-seize for the flange and/or studs right?

Thanks all.

Read over the instructions again for probably the 50th time and because I've taken the time to actually look over the bike the last couple of days everything is starting to come to mind as I'm reading it now. I really don't think this is going to be that hard.

Appreciate everyone's input/advice... thanks.

I've always had good experiences with Craftsman tools.

The torque wrenches I bought are Mastercraft though, from Canadian Tire. Not sure what the US equivalent to them would be.
