what is this?

they say its a 06 heritage but why the gray motor? im confused if anyone can shed some light on this i would really appreciate it

Looks like a Heritage to me...The motor looks good to me.

I believe Softail Heritage came with silver coated engine, Softail Heritage Classic came with black coated engine. That is a FLSTI, correct me if I am wrong

Yep, only made in 06 I believe. It's basically a heritage without the "classic" (i.e. no bags, no windshield, etc.) The only thing I didn't like was the silver engine. Other than that it's a fatboy with an FL fender.

A friend of mine has this bike in black. It is an FLST.....or Heritage Standard versus the FLSTC Heritage Classic. Kind of like the FXST Softail Standard, gray cases, less chrome, and as others said, no bags, no windshield, no passing lamps, etc. Basically a stripped down version of the Heritage or a Fatboy with the full front fender.
