Default PC-V installed today

No photos but trust me, only one thing you need to know.

If you can't bend the tabs on the bracket that holds the fuses & relays allowing them to seat lower beside that battery, then CAREFULLY try to remove the bracket altogether. I say carefully because I broke the two relays and had to replace them (no worry it was $15 total).

Aside from that all you have to do is plug in the module and neatly stow the cables and the module under the seat.

Did you get the auto tune module? If so, does it fit neatly under the seat?

I saw your other post about the stage II intake, what pipes are you running? How does the bike run with the new intake and tuner? Will you need a dyno?

I'm curious about the setup myself. Do you know anyone hear that has used the Wimmer 90 degree intake? It's cool loooking but costs upwards of $400!

No autotune module. I confirmed that I don't need it for my setup/plans.

PC-V & Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage II installed.
Vance & Hines Big Shot Staggered installed soon (hopefully tomorrow but more likely Thursday afternoon/evening or later.)

Won't need a dyno.

Not familiar with the Wimmer.

Yes, I'll be keeping an eye on this thread. Keep us posted, as I have the V&H BSS too, and have not yet chosen my fuel management system. Is there a Ness Stage 1 kit too? If so, what is the difference between the stage 1 and stage 2, and why did you need to go with the stage 2 if you are not planning on doing any major mods? or are you?... JR

You don't "need" to go with stage II but don't let anyone tell you you're f-up for doing so if that's what you want to do. I figured, and it's been confirmed at least to my satisfaction, that as long as you have the air intake & fuel management calibrated it doesn't matter which intake system you go with.

Rode it tonight, just around the block, and I noticed a difference and I haven't even installed the pipes yet. That PC-V must've tweaked the acceleration? Something seemed different and I liked it. Can't wait to get the new pipes on.

Awesome.... I'm staying close to this thread, so keep us posted. I'm really leaning towards the PC V now.

What pipes are you going with? It was somewhat a pain in the butt getting the ECM/PCV connector to fit under the seat of my 09 Fatboy, " The PCV instructions were wrong on where to place the connector", but finally got it done and i'm also pleased with the performance, especially considering my Troublemakers are not a true performance pipe like a 2 into 1 would be.
