Hey All,
I am getting a nighttrain when I get back from the middle east and I need help from all you pro's. I have a picture of this one I seen a few years back and I have a few qustions about it.
I attached a picture. I am wondering if it has a extra 5 degree rake on it. I have thought about doing that. Also is this lowered? I dont care for the chrome at all. I also wonder where I can get the rear fender and tank like the one on this bike. I plan to get the flat silver night train. I have looked at it before and I will get it in a few weeks. Also can I get some advice on the screaming eagle 107 CI kit. Is it worth the money. I am mainly looking for power and sound from the bigger motor. any help will be appreciated.
Thanks. http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m...cago-07007.jpg
Rear fender you can get that with a Heartland setup. Does look lowered also.
As for the 5 degree rake, I do not know. Power and sound, I believe the 107 will be very nice and what pipes would you want to use? If your just looking for sound and a little power, you can stick with the stock motor and change air intake/pipes/fuel management that would be a lot cheaper than doing that plus adding the motor upgrade.
Hope this helps.
Welcome back, i did the same thing, bought a 2007 Black Denim NT brand new and have loved every second.
There are a few kits that will give you that look, just seach the Nightrain threads and you will get many ideas. Glad to have you back home. The bike you have pictured is lowered and as far as rake goes I don't think it is, looks like the rear is lowered and the ft is stock.
thanks for the info. I was thinking of going with V&H pipes. Do you know about how much the 107 CI kit is. I have never been a fan of a stock motor. Ever since I was a kid I needed something faster!!! Have a good day. Cant wait to get home and order it!!! Houston here I come!!!
