Will these fit that?

i'm sellin the stock apes, switches, throttle/clutch cables, etc. the whole works and i got a dude interested but he has a 99 and these bars came off of my 08. so will this stuff fit his bike or not? seems no one we talk to can give us a straight answer so i was hoping you guys could help us out here!

It should fit as far as length. But I don't think the clutch cable will be right. And the wiring will prob not be on the left side due to the clutch engage switch.

check after market ones and if they cover the same years then it will fit
