Default Difference Between 99 and 00 night train

I am looking to buy some saddlebags and the ones that I have found, says they will fit 99 FXSTB. I was wondering if the 00 FXSTB has changed to the point where the bags won't fit. I am wanting the Heritage Style Bags. Thanks

I don't know why they wouldn't fit. The bolt holes on the struts are the same on the 2000 up as on 1999 down. I know someone who put a set of 2000 Heritage bags on an earlier model.
