just bought my wife her heritage. was looking at putting the vance and hines longshots on her bike. I've also seen the V&H straight shot slipons.
what is the main difference between the longshots and the slip ons. She's not a power demon but liked the sound on the longshots. can you get close to that with the slipons?
I have dyno tuned jackpot slipons on my RK but they don't make them for the heritage.
I've got the V&H straight shots on my Sportster and the V&H Double Barrel Long's (quiet series) on my Deluxe. Both have the quiet baffles. And to honest with you, I think the SO's are louder and deeper sounding. Don't get me wrong, I like the DB's just fine. But if it's louder sound that you're looking for, the SO's will do what you want for less money.
