Alright. Last night I bolted up a fatboy fender on my Xbones. Everything bolted right up and it looks great....until I went to put the seat pan on. It is the stock seat pan and it is about half an inch off. With the new fender, the back of the pan hits the fender before it can sit where it is supposed to so I can put the bold in.

I know that some of you have done this and I am curious if you had this problem too or did I do something wrong. Or is a different pan the way to go? If so where can I get one? I know I can trim it too. Just curious. Pics and any help is greatly appreciated.
