Can someone post pics of what the seat mounting is supposed to look like on a '95 softail bob-tail fender please?
I have two holes on my fender, but one is blown out (the one further to the rear).. and the pillion is sketchy as hell, the way it is currently mounted. There is lots of wiggle, and the driver's seat doesn't have anything fastening it to the rear.. so the entire seating system is all wiggly.
I don't know how to edit the title of the thread

If the hole in the fender is hogged out, put a washer on a 1/4 20x1 or 1 1/2 bolt and put it through the fender up from the inside. Secure with another washer and nut (thin if possible).
Hold down the seat tab with another washer and nut.
My 98 has about a 3/8" hole in the fender. There is a little plastic thing with a metal insert that goes up through the fender and is held in by a clip. I assume you have a 2 piece seat, if your front has a bolt tang, the front fender hole uses the same hardware. Mine use a 1/4-20 thread seat bolt. Sorry no pics, if you still need them I can yank my seat off tonight.
Some pics of your setup may help remedy your issue.
