Default first impressions...Heritage

For 2 years I've ridden a Sportster 1200 Custon ( fwd. controls)..and I enjoyed it!

Just traded the Sportster in on an '04 Heritage Softail Classic.

First impressions...One Word.....Smooooth!!!! I just can't get over how much smoother the ride is...I absolutely love this Bike!!

Mint condition....24K kms...V&H

I think it's beautiful...here it is....

The Heritage is the only way to go. I just can't seem to like any of the other models as much.

thanks Dusty,

the dealer had 3 used Heritage's, although all three were in awesome condition...mine had the lowest kms. and I liked the colour.

the deal was good...and the test ride did the rest of the convincing.

this am. I can't get the kid's rhyme out of my head.."rain rain go away..come again some other day".

great! my wife loves her heritage...she finally was able to put some miles on it. I've only ridden through the park but it feels much more nimbler than my RK. I like the handlebar position and the seat back.....now I'm going to have to add the heritage style bars to my RK.

I can't compare to the RK but compared to the Sportster it still feels very nimble.
Because of the big front tire...I thought I'd get to the first corner and yell; "Get over you big fat thing! Drop into that corner!"
No yelling necessary, it handles the curves beautifully.
