SERT and 2009 software question ?

SERT and 2009 software question ?
i have a 2009 Rocker C and have a sert # 32107-01b and i just updated it with the 2009 software... does aynone know if this should work ? , we spent hours on it and cant get it so communicate...thanks in advance..

I just looked at the SERT part number you posted; that part number appears to be a SERT instead of SEST. The last version of sofware that I knew about for SERT was V4.77. The '09 software you are trying to use is probably for the SEST and will probably not work. The SERT should work with your bike after you get the appropriate software. Hope this helps. Later, Calvin.
