31-Tooth transmission pulleys
Hello,
Posted this in engine and transmission but thought that more readers here in general.
Have many riders gone from a 32 to 31 tooth trans pulley and if so, hows does the bike run out after the change.
I have a six speed, and wanted to not have to run 70+ TO USE 6TH gear.

MG; you cam may not be helping at lower RPM's, I don't know what you dyno sheet shows but you may be down a little on tq under 3k, and thats why 70 is what you need to run to feel good in 6th, I'm not knocking your build, just facts.
With the 40* ABDC intake close its a mid-high rpm cam for the stock 96 and one tooth on the transmission pully may not be enough to raise the rpms where you want it. The D&D's should help down low unless there is a dip in the tq line,
One reason I went with the cam I did, it pulls 60-65 mph easy with two up and doesn't labor doing it. But your build would walk away easy from me from 3k on.
Hope you get the gears worked out, I believe once you do it will scream even more..
