Bought the Carlini's-Now the cables!

Obviously Carlini won't help with the cables. I bought the Cleansweeps 1 1/2". They are very close to the size of the HD Streetslammers. I went with those cable lengths that would fit the Slammers. Can anyone confirm this was the right decision? Thanks.

IMO, your rational was sound. That is what I did for my bike. Found similar bars that I did know, or could get, cable length info for and ordered that size. They worked out well.

just did carlini originals, I mounted the bars and left the stock cables on the controls. I fit them to the new bars which i knew the cables would be too long. I measured the overhang and came up with a difference from stock length. My number happened to be shorter by 4 inches. I looked up stock sizes in the HD catalog and found cables online that fit my lenghts. I looked into HD cables but decided on Sterling Chromite, Quality and cheaper than HD.
