Hey all, I can't seem to find anything definitive on what cable lengths I would need for a set of cables for 12" WCTB's. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2011 FXDWG. Thanks -
I used all my stock cables and brake lines etc on my 12 inch bars. They work great. You should be just fine with stock length. Its my understanding that you don't have to worry about any cables etc till 14 inches or more height.
sorry just noticed you have a wide glide so it might be different for your bike. My street bob had 10 inch bars stock so the stock cables worked great. Sorry if I steered you in the wrong direction with your WG.

NP, it happens... I don't know either. From the looks of the cables I have, it looks like there won't be enough slack to cover the stretch.
And your stock brake and clutch lines were good to go?
i used stock street bob clutch and brake cable. street bob cables are 2" bigger on all cables than our wg. i had the throttle cables from the street bob on but thought it was a little tight. when you turned the wheel to the left, when parked the throttle cables were like a guitar string so i decided to replace them. i ordered +6 on those two cables (throttle/idle) and it looks much better.
