Stop me if I'm wrong, but the limited edition (numbered) models had a higher MSRP cause of all the extra badges and special paint. This may be why the value is slightly higher.

This is true, but you have to keep it stock. All the old special edition bikes are worth more, but once you start chopping 'em up, the value decreased dramatically. After 35 years, they start appreciating as long as they are in good condition, so if this is what you are looking to do, keep all the stock parts you take off in a safe place where you will be able to find them when you are an old man. lol.
i love the anniversaries, have to be the black or the blk and silver for mine,i was after an 03 deuce in blk, but now if i ever get rid of my bike i would probably go 03 roadking punched out to 1550
Not to dis anyone from prior posts but I don't think they are worth anymore than any other bike. I see a lot of 100 anniversary bikes being sold for really cheap. Just my 2 cents. However I hope I'm wrong.

Like others have said, the 100 yr bikes, maybe. The Duracell 105, I don't think so. Aniversary badges and marketing don't make used bikes worth more $. Limited production and scarcity do - supply and demand. If they only made 100 or 105 anniversary bikes, each one would be worth a pile of money. But, when they make thousands, they are not that special.
