LED lights
If I am switching from standard turn signal to led signals do I to put a load equalizer on my bike???

Rare cases you don't have to, most cases you will. Best advice is to put them in and see if you'll need the equalizer.

It really depends on what year you bike is. I have read in here of guys using LEDS on 06 and up with no need for an equalizer

You should be able to put in LED bulbs and they will work fine with no equalizer.

I did w/my 99, Badlands load equalizer. Love the LED's. Bulbs are just bulbs...
Not too bright....I like being seen, for safety purposes...
Hard to react when some one pulls out in front of you like you're not there at the last second.
Seen and heard...
