I have seen a lot of them on Ebay in past months. Go on ebay and do a harley 100th anniversary search and see what comes up. Best I remember, these things weren't cheap.

Harley has done an excellent job keeping them emblems out of the hands of folks such as yourself, to maintain the value and integrity and protect the actual owners. I hope you never find any!

I don't know how good of a job they are doing steve since they sell them themselves to the open public.

No they don't. You have to turn in your old wings before you can buy new ones. Being you own one I figured you would know this. Maybe all dealers arent the same. They should be. My brother has a 03 fxsts and he cant purchase without turning his old wings in, which is a good thing for the owners.

I see'em on ebay all of the time.
Best way to find them is just type " Harley 100th " in as your search.
