or who knows where to find a nacelle like the one on it?

Looks to me like it might be a harley one P/N 67907-96 with a visor style trim ring.

I also found this old post that might help you out. Maybe you can PM them.

We put a roadking nacelle on my buddys '05 and think it looks alot better than it did before. HD caught on and think they are offering it in the the new update catalog.

I love the look of the nacelle on a Fat Boy, that one you show in the pic is the HD nacelle with the visor trim ring on it. Mine is a plain trim ring, I highly reccomend adding the trim ring, makes the headlamp look longer and nicer.
