Looks like good craftsmanship and design.
It reminds me of an episode I saw last night of Gangland (the History channel), they did a story on the Sons of Silence MC based out of Colorado. The club admittedly designed their patch from the Anheuser-Busch logo, all they did was remove the star. Surprised Anheuser-Busch never sued them for trademark infringement.
