What kind of cruiser arms and pegs? I installed kury mark III arms and pegs. Remove floorbaords. Drill some holes in boards and attach the arms. Attach pegs to arms. Pretty simple.

Same ones I have. Pretty simple. Take the floorbaords off and pull out the inserts. Measure up where you want the arms to sit and mark the boards. (You might want to do this with the boards on the bike, depends on you) Drill the holes in the boards and attach the arms and support plate. attach the pegs. Reattach the boards to the bike. That is it. Word of warning, make sure you know where the front of the boards are as I attached them to the back first and had to take it all apart and reinstall.

Warning: Make sure you use the anti-seize that came in the package, the lock nut will NOT turn if you don't use it. Don't ask me how I know, pain in the ***.

After reading about the Mark 3 Cruise Arms, I picked a set up off of EBay. The problem for me is that I suffer from SLS(Short Leg Syndrome). I hadda order the Kury 7936 arms which brings the pegs in 2 inches closer. They also offer the 7937 arms with 4" of adjustment. I'll post again when they come next Wednesday.
