I'm in the same boat, i want an 18x5.5. Problem is I haven't found a clear answer as to weather or not I'd need to change out my belt/pulleys/spacers for the belt to clear the wider wheel, or if all that work only needs to be done if I run a 200mm on that wheel. I've got a 180mm on my stock wheel which I had chromed, and that alone made a world of difference appearance wise to the rear end. I've got a lot of other things I'd like to do to the bike in the $600-$1000 range well before I'd spend it on one wheel.
Well hopefully someone can give us some direction.
I went with the Hogpro kit which has an 18x5.5 spoke wheel in 40, 60, or 80 spokes. I went with 60. 40 doesn't look like enough spokes and 80 is to many and too heavy. It comes with a 200 metzler tire, and narrow belt and pulley from a 2006, and other stuff. Use the same stock spacers. No scraping. Tire 1/4" from belt. Looks killer and is the best up grade I have done next to the paint job. But, kit is not cheap.

I like the look of the flush mount front axle. I wish they made one for my Deuce. If anyone knows where I can get the flush mount for my 2007 Deuce please contact me.

Whats different on the 07 Deuce front axle compared to the 06? There is no flush mount axle available for the 07 deuce that I can find. Just happens this Adjure Flush mount axle for 2000 to 2006 (bought from Adjure in L.A. Ca) is on sale for $49 from $109 because they have over 100 sets in stock with very little to no sales these days. They let me have it for $45 over the counter. Fits perfect just as the instructions show.

Here's what was once my bone stock 03, after a few facelifts, it's now the the bike I always saw it as in my head.[IMG][/IMG]
Elvis,
Your Deuce rocks! I have the same model with about 6000 miles on it. I'm not a big fan of chrome, but I'm glad to see how yours turned out by blacking out a few pieces. The fork treatment really sets off your bike. I love it!
You have any more pics from different angles you can share. I'd love to see them!
