You are going to hate me. I wanted to put a 21 on my Fatboy, Found one on Ebay 2-3 months ago with a brand new Avon tire. Bought it for $67 shippped. then bought another one that was a takeoff from an 06 FXDL (Narrow glide wheel) with 0 miles on it and the tire for $49 with free shipping.

Those are great deals, and I found some of those, but they were all 3/4" axles. It's harder to find the newer ones, unfortunately for me. Considering the prices I've found for 25mm axle rims, I'm more than happy with this deal.
Nice score...I paid 125 for my 21 chrome spoke chrome hub wheel. I think you did pretty good with this deal.
And, after you have it mounted, you really won't care if you could have saved a few bux...becasue your bike is going to look sick! It's money well spent...and still a hell of a lot cheaper then buying a fancy wheel at 400 plus bux.

Yeah, I figure by the time I get a tire and have it mounted, I won't be much further into it than everyone wanted for just a rim.
I got a ways to go, but slowly it's getting towards being as cool as your scooter.
You definately scored. I never could find a take-off, spent $400 for my 80 spoke 21x3. For the tire, go with a Metzeler, looks beefier that the Avon. Helps fill that big ol' Deluxe fender a little better.
Gonna look good ! Funny how the grass is always greener on the other side . Next time I change my front tire ( just put a new Metzeler on ) I will likely go much beefier ! Say a 16" wheel or at least a 21X3 with a 3.5 wide tire , both most likely without a fender . Tried to make this mod a month ago before new tire purchase but my " finance director " shot me down , dammit !
El Supremo, a wheel that was made for 3/4 axles will work with 25 mm bearings. you just need a machine shop to open up the inner diameter of the hub a little so the 25mm spacer will fit.

True, but I wasn't sure how much meat would be left on the rim if I had it bored out to fit the outside diameter of a 25mm bearing housing. I don't think I'd trust a bearing with a 25mm i.d. that fit where a 3/4" o.d. bearing would go, if that makes sense.
