First I wanted to say thanks to all those who helped me with the previous issues.
I have a 1996 heritage softail FLSTN, will a rear rim, tire, brake rotor and pulley assembly off a 2000 heritage softail fit my 96 Heritage? Is there any spacer issues?
Thanks!

Don't know exactly but 2000 & up Softails had a lot of changes from the older ones, thats when they started the "B" Twin Cam's. You could go to your Harley Parts counter and make them look the stuff up to see, they're not to busy these days.
You have an EVO bike. The 2000 is the first year of the Twincam. They changed a few things. If you look at most parts for harleys and see that 99 cutoff date its cuz' you have that Evo bike. They both have 3/4 axles but the bearings are different, the rotor is different, the spacing would certainly be different but the belt size should be the same on the pulley.
Parts counter as 78 above said...Take a cup of coffee with you!
The wheels for the earlier softail's use different wheel bearing, although the bearings are the same size. I would say if you swapped the bearing you could fit it but am not completely certain the hub is the same size.
