Tom here from http://harleygoodies.com/ Long shots have a pretty deep sound as far as I am concerned. I have read about a lot of people wanting a deeper sound putting in the v and h quiet baffles or the big city thunder baffles. Duals have a deep sound too. 2 into ones are best for maximizing your power. It's really a question of what look you want and what sound you want. If I were you I'd start with some different baffles and go from there. It's the least expensive route.
I have the v and h duals with fishtails on my Heritage. Nice low rumble. Friends have other setups with duals, BSS, and everything else udner the sun.

+1 I just put V&H true dual fishtails and big city thunder baffles and i love'em..
I too, have the BSL's with the quite baffles and love the deep rumble. Agree with Tom, try a set of baffles first, then buy new pipes if it is not what you are looking for.
