Is this normal?
I just received my bike from the shop. I installed new
front and rear wheels along with a new pulley and two
rotors. The belt makes no noice when I'm rolling forward
but makes noise when I roll it backwards. Like I hear each
tooth of the belt when it enters the pulley. This however was
not the case when the bike was off the ground. It only does
it when it's on the ground. Should I be concerned?

My fatboy doesn't do it but my Father's Roadking does. I have heard of this before but not sure if anything is wrong. Have you changed your tire size? I may be wrong but maybe if you change your rear tire size I think the belt rubs but only when backing. Just my 2 cents.
