I just check these websites. The Garage Leather is a little cheaper than Leather Works.
It appears that everyone likes the Garage ones a little better.
I think that he would like the solo saddle bags. He had some regular saddle bags on his Dyna Wide Glide , but did not like the looks of them.
This means when we take a trip my bike is the pack mule.

This story sounds oddly faimilar and plays out in my house every time we go somerwhere and need to take stuff with us. She has the biggest bags a sporty will hold! I don't have anything yet but am looking for a tool bag and swing arm bag.
Twofish, I am trying to figure out when I will have time to make you a bracket. In the meantime here are some pics of mine. Nothing too complicated at all. Oh, my bag is of unknown brand as it came used from fleabay. I like the garage leathers one, they look really nice from what I have seen, although I am yet to see one in person.
if i make brackets i found plexiglass is easy to work with and wont rust and you can heat it and bend it and then paint it if desired. i am going to make some l shaped brackets for my easy brackets to give my saddle bags more weight capable
sokustom just dropped the price on solo bags to 160 ... I dont know if I would use plexy ... heat melts that stuff and warps it ... metal is far more worth the time to make it...
it would take more heat to bend the plexiglass than to melt my willie and max saddle bags.
i have used them 1 inch over the exhaust pipes when i had stock pipes with rush slipons
