My bike is lowered 1.5" in the rear and I change the fluids without using my jack most of the time. I used to just do it on the jiffy stand but recently bought a "HaulMaster" Wheel Chock from Harbor Freight on sale for $ 29.00. Now I just roll the bike into the chock to hold it upright and change the oil, trans and primary.

Find a curb so you can pull either tire on to make it sit higher to get a pan under it.
