To post a picture first put it in you album here or on a photo hosting site like Flickr. Once you see it their right click on the picture and go to 'properties'
Select and Copy the URL.
Paste it into the thread by using the following

But really depends on where you trying to take your bike. My advise is to find a few pics of the wheel you want on a bike close to yours before you pull the trigger.
