What's up guys??...I'm new to the HDForums and had some questions about the NT. I am in the market for a new bike and love the look of the NT and also the Fury.
I wanted to ask some question about the NT as far as what mods are possible and how it rides, how ppl like, etc.
For those of you that have NT's, can you post your pics so that I may see what is possible? I absolutely love the dark custom look.
Go to the Pictures by Model area, Softails, Night Train pictures. About 350 pages worth of inspiration there. You can turn the NT any just about anything your heart desires. The Futy, not so much
IMO...the Nightrain is probably offers its owner more of a range of modifications then some of the other models. Like someone said earlier, "look at the pics thread" or just various sigs contained within other threads.
Hey man..I just got my first Harley, a 2008 night train (check my album for pics). I don't know about the Fury (I just don't dig Honda cycles -nothing wrong with them, they just don't appeal to me).
I've had a Triumph Bonneville and a Kawasaki Vulcan, but they don't compare to the Night Train. At all. They were nice bikes, but bottom line is: it's not a Harley. It wasn't until I test rode the Harley that I reaallly knew what it meant to own one.
Also, don't limit yourself to just the Night Train. Test ride a few. Originally, I was more interested in the Fat Bob...but after riding the Night Train, I knew that was it. The Night Train is just bad ***.
