Clutch feel
Thanks for the comps...Let us know what they say. Sounds to me like its was maladjustered.
You have your own lift at home?
If so do it yourself by the service manual. If not? Take it back to them as you will lose a bit of primary fluid pulling that cover withyour bike on a sidestand....Plus they may need to buy you a new P-Cover gasket after checking what they done did!!

My org, dealer, (60miles away), in 07 used syn3 in all 3, one time, at the 1k service.
Then at the 5k & 10k services, last year, Done at another dealer that is closer, (12 miles) said HD is now recommending using forumla+ in both primary and tranny, and syn3 in motor.
The Forumla+ at the 5k, was a big difference in my 07 and shifted better and smoother, and stayed with it at the 10k also. Never had a issue with 5th whine and couldn't tell any difference in primary, but I didn't want the syn oil in there, so why pay more??...
This spring the 3rd dealer i've used (40 miles north of home) installed my cams and 15k service said they use formula+ in primary, Belray Hypoid 75-140 in tranny.
So I tried it and liked a LITTLE better than formula+.
When the temp is between 55-70, seems a little stiff first couple shifts from 1st to 2nd, but after she warms up a little its really smooth.
In no way a'm I saying the Belray is the best, I'am saying that the 75-140 gear lube in your favorite brand it a lot better than syn3.
I wouldn't hesitate to use the formula+ in the tranny either.
Son just did his 1k service on his new NT today and he use Syn3 in motor and Formula+ in the other 2...His new Train shifted better than his 07 Duece anyway and after riding a hundred today he said it seems to shift even better and liked the formula+ better than whatever was in it from the factory.
If I changed tranny oil again I would really look a SPECTRUM for 6 speeds. Not sure on the spelling..Salty but supposed to be really gooooooood.
Take all this with a grain of salt, Its just My OPINION.....
