would like some feed back on your experiance with Fairing for your fatboy not just a plain batwing but with stereo and all any probloms with wobles at any speeds or any issues you have had im looking at geting one soon
please let me know the maker whether its dragonfly wideopen customs or Tsukayu or any other brand if you got pic i would like to see also the reason i ask is becuse i have hear there are some that give wobbles at certen speeds
Don't have a Fatboy but I've got a Tsukayu on my 05 Heritage.
No wobble at any speed that I've had it up to, 90+. Radio is ok but with loud pipes it's realy not very effective at higher speeds. I use earbuds with the mp3 player on my Zumo.
Pic of the fairing mounted to the bike is in my album.
I dont have a fairing with radio but have the MS Fairing and no wobble at any speed, in fact I would say it is more stable at speed and in winds with the fairing then without the fairing.
I have heard of people havving problems with handling and after installing a fairing but it is associated with a bad fairing design, the fairing cut the wind more like a wing and if not designed properly or mounted at he correct angle could cause the front end to get heay, light or wobble at speeds.
One of the aftermaket Fairing Guys from this Forum addresses this on his website, Woodys Fairings
