Recieved my Rush slip-ons yesterday and plan to install them either tonight or in the morning. Does anyone have the torque values for the exhaust clamps and bracket bolt for an 09 Heritage?

Yes I know I need a service manual and it's next on the priority list of thing to buy just not there yet!

If it's any help, you can get the service manual at Zanotti for $45.50, instead of $60.00 at the dealer.

 

45-50 ftlbs. for my 08. Think I cranked it up to 60-65 on mine though. Might consider some copper RTV. Helps ensure tight seal.

 

yep 60ftlbs on the clamps. as far as the bracket bolts go just get them tight without cranking down on them. the heads will snap right off,TRUST ME.
